Getting Started
Welcome to UO Horizon! The easiest way to begin your adventure is by using the Horizon IPL (Installer • Patcher • Launcher). It automatically installs, updates, and launches everything you need to play Horizon.
Step 1 — Download the Horizon IPL
Recommended for all players.
The Horizon IPL downloads the required game files, keeps your installation up-to-date,
and launches the game with the correct settings automatically.
- Horizon Installer / Patcher / Launcher (IPL): Download Horizon IPL
Step 2 — Install Horizon
- Run the Horizon IPL.
- Select an installation folder (recommended: C:\Games\UO Horizon).
- Allow the IPL to download and install all required files.
- When complete, click Play.
- Create your Horizon account if you're a new player and begin your adventure!

Manual Downloads (Advanced)
These downloads are intended for troubleshooting, development, or manual installations. Most players should use the Horizon IPL.
